About Me
I am currently a PhD student at the Shenzhen Institute of Agricultural Genomics, focusing on agricultural synthetic biology. My research involves constructing genome-scale metabolic network models to investigate key problems in systems and synthetic biology.
Main Work: Investigate relevant issues in systems biology and synthetic biology by constructing genome-scale metabolic network models.
Research Interests: Cell factories, Computer-aided design, Metabolic engineering, Metabolic pathway design, Microbial interactions, Plant photosynthetic pathways, Strain optimization.
Recent Research:
- Optimizing the design of chrysanthemic acid synthesis in Escherichia coli using metabolic network models.
- Investigate the unique photosynthetic metabolic pathways and growth mechanisms of Mikania micrantha by constructing a plant metabolic network model that reflects the diurnal cycle.
- Construct a bacterial community model to study the dynamic growth changes of strains and their ecological relationships following interactions, assisting in the design of synthetic microbial communities (SynComs).
